These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Composeify.ai services. By using our services or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Composeify provides managed website content services, including website updates and article publishing. Optional social media management may be added separately based on your selected plan and setup.

Service scope, approval workflows, publishing responsibilities, and any optional add-ons are defined in your service agreement, order form, or written confirmation with Composeify.

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and business information.
• Supply timely instructions, approvals, and materials needed for us to perform services.
• Maintain appropriate rights and permissions for content, accounts, and assets you ask us to use or publish.
• Use connected social accounts and publishing features only for lawful business purposes.
• Keep account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.

Approvals and publishing

Depending on your setup, website updates, articles, or social posts may require your review and approval before publishing. When managed publishing is included in your plan, we will publish according to the scope and guidelines agreed with you.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycles, and plan inclusions are defined in your service agreement or written quote. Optional add-ons such as social media management are billed separately unless explicitly included in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not use Composeify to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems or connected accounts.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Composeify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, access to managed services may end and data handling will follow our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
