Overview

Composeify.ai provides managed website content services and optional social media management. This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data, account data, and connected social account data associated with our services.

What can be deleted

Depending on your account and services, deletion requests may include:

  • Composeify client account information
  • Connected social account authorization data
  • Service-related profile, page, or account connection records
  • Content workflow data associated with your account, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements

How to request deletion

To request deletion, email us at:

support@composeify.ai

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your Composeify account
  • The business or account name, if applicable
  • Whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific connected social accounts
  • The connected social platform and page/profile name, if requesting social account data deletion

What happens after a request

After we receive and verify your request, we will:

  1. Confirm the scope of the deletion request
  2. Remove or deactivate the requested account and connected social account data from active service systems where applicable
  3. Stop using deleted connected account data to provide social management services
  4. Retain only information required by law, billing records, or dispute resolution, if applicable

Meta / Facebook / Instagram connected accounts

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account for optional social media management, you may request deletion of Composeify's stored connection data by emailing support@composeify.ai. You may also revoke Composeify's access directly in your Meta account settings.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or active contractual obligations.
